To request a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal or contact our support team at Capturesworldwide@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the reason for the return: If you received a defective or incorrect item, Captures will cover the return shipping cost. For returns or exchanges due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at Capturesworldwide@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped as soon as your return is processed.
